Payments
A 50 % non-refundable deposit of the total amount is due at the time of booking; this payment must be made in order to secure your event day. The remaining balance will be due once all the equipment is set-up. Payments can be made via cash, cash app, and check.

At Galaxy Glam 247,we are committed to providing exceptional entertainment services for your event. However, to ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we ask that all clients review the following Liability information before booking.
General Liability:
Galaxy Glam 247 promises a high quality service, but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, government restrictions, and transportation problems, illness, accidents, labor disputes or strikes, Acts of God, and other causes beyond reasonable control. We reserve the right to cease operation should the weather pose a threat. The client is responsible for a safe working environment free of hazards.
Liability for Equipment:
Showtime, sit back and buckle up. Let the Journey Begin and watch your special day come to reality. Turn Up and enjoy! Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Galaxy Glam 247, its owners,employees,agents, and contractors from any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from their event. This includes any personal injury, property damage, or claims arising from the use of our services.
Cancellations or Changes:
The 50 % non-refundable deposit will not be given back due cancellation. Any event changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. We would prefer you change to another date for our services.
Agreement Acknowledgement:
By confirming the booking with Galaxy Glam 247, the client acknowledges that have read,understood, and agree to the terms of this liability disclaimer.
